1. Introduction

• You must be a resident of or physically located in Bangladesh at the time of registering and using the platform.
• You must not have an existing tk6 account. Each player is permitted to hold one account only. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will be closed.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and keep your account details up to date at all times.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access the full range of games and services on tk6, you are required to create a registered account. 4. Deposits & Withdrawals

5. Bonuses & Promotions

• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses more than once, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms (bonus abuse).

8. Account Suspension & Termination

tk6 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, incomplete KYC documentation, or prolonged account inactivity. In cases of suspension for investigation, funds in the affected account may be temporarily frozen until the matter is resolved.

You may voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any applicable bonus balances) will be paid out to your registered payment account, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements and KYC verification.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on tk6.lat — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of tk6 or its licensed third-party providers.
